We celebrated Max's birthday on Saturday with some family friends. We went to the park for cake and to play. It got a little chilly toward the end of the party, but we still had a good time. A big "Thank You" to:Burgess Family, Grant Family, Forbes Family, Lopez Family, and Potter Family for making Maxwell's first birthday a memorable one!!
The Birthday Boy.
Max just smashed his face into the cake, no hands. Just from the plate, to the mouth. Skipping the middle man(his hands).
Later he decided that hands helped get the cake into his mouth faster and more at a time.
Yummy!!
Pinata time!I bought a "Pull-String" pinata, to avoid the violence. I think it worked...
Maxwell enjoying the pinata when everyone else was done with it.

Holy crap! I can't believe he's a year old already. Are you absolutely sure? Did you somehow remember the date of his birth incorrectly? I'm just checking cuz to me it seems like he was born no more that a few weeks ago... :)
I want cake now...
