I felt that I needed to redeem myself after yesterday. So, this time I actually cooked. We had Sloppy Joe's today for dinner. Our boys actually love this one, shocker, I know. So dinner was met with minimal complaints today.
Aiden and I even made some Apple Muffins to take to his teacher for "Teacher Appreciation Day". Fortunately, we made extra! You will notice that the papers on the muffins are birthday cupcake liners, this is what you get when I can't go to the store.
And...Everyone is still alive, and we still love each other(most of the time)!! :)

I love that you're blogging about this! I'm pretty sure if we had to do that challenge right now we'd be living on soups and cakes (yes, I have cake mixes in my food storage!).
