Aiden has been begging me to make ice cream for a while now, so when I had a ton of raspberries from Costco, I decided now was the time! I used a recipe for strawberry ice cream, and tweaked it a little(no surprise, I can never leave a recipe alone) also using raspberries instead of strawberries. This was the result:
I would like to tell you that it didn't taste as good as it looks in the picture. But, that would be a lie. It was amazing. Made me want to cry...
