My sister, Christie, and her family are living with us for the summer while her hubby sells alarm systems. Her birthday rolled around and we made her some SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS smashed burgers complete with homemade onion straws! Yummy to the extreme! I made the mistake of asking her what her favorite dessert was. Apparently it was some insane cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. So, I, being the amazing big sister that I am, found a copycat recipe online and made it for her! Hopefully she enjoyed herself, because the rest of us did!
